How the Program Works
The Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Program is a structured 7-week experience designed to create lasting change - not just insight.
Each week you’ll have access to:
• Short, daily app-based practices (just 15 minutes a day) that build your mental fitness muscle over time
• Weekly video sessions with world-leading experts in neuroscience and positive psychology
• A Pod - a small group coaching experience for guided discussion, accountability, and support, facilitated by Shorty
• The option to extend into 1:1 coaching for more personalised guidance and ongoing support
